| Customer states that when motorcycle has been sitting for a few hours or overnight there is a delayed start that makes it feel as if it is out of time. Customer request check and advise. ///////////////// Customer states that when riding the motorcycle in speeds below 40 MPH and with steady throttle, there is a surging that is coming from the bike where it feels like there is a misfire in the exhaust with popping. Customer request check and advise. ///////////////// Customer states gas cap loose and request check and advise. /////////////// Customer states one of the rear sprocket bolts were missing and had been replaced with a different fastener. Customer request install new fastener to match. |

| Test rode motorcycle. Inspected spark plugs and spark plug electrodes burnt and charred. Replaced Spark Plugs per customer request. Spark plug wires tested for continuity and front tested at 6.74Kohms and rear tested at 2.18Kohms and are within specification. Started motorcycle multiple times and could not duplicate slow start. Load tested battery and battery load tested at 264 CCA out of 310. During starting draw test battery dropped to 7.15V. Loose positive cable upon inspection. Replacement of battery may be required in the future. Also inspected rear belt tension per customer request and found loose rear belt. Adjusted per customer request. Fastener and gas cap not on hand and replacement components ordered. |
