| In for a wreck estimate and repair, per customer Progressive has already seen the bike and customer has been paid. When speaking with customer at first he asked what it took to get the repairs started and i explained that we would need to write the estimate first and see if we need to file a supplement but we would need all the parts paid in full before we actually start the repair. |
