| Customer states seat was removed to charge battery. Upon installation customer believes left seat screw was installed incorrectly and will now not come out. Customer request to extract seat screw and repair as required. Customer request load test battery and advise for replacement if required |

| Inspected condition stated by the customer. Extracted left seat screw and repaired threads. Charged battery and load tested. Battery passed load test with 320 CCA. Charging system output good. Installed seat and test drove motorcycle. Flashing battery light present. Upon further investigation, key fob battery low. Replaced key fob battery and light no longer present. |
